Professional Background

Carolina has over 7 years’ experience in accounting and has worked in both the chartered and commercial sectors.  She has worked in areas such as audit and assurance and has experience in auditing SMSF’s and not-for-profit organisations where she performed audits of schools, religious organisations, charities and government funded agencies.  She also has commercial accounting experience in areas such as the architectural and engineering sectors.

Professional Qualifications

Carolina holds a Bachelor of Commerce with an Accounting major and a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours.  Her achievements in Law include being on the Deans List during each year of study and she was the recipient of the University Honours Medal for the faculty of Law and Business upon graduation.  Carolina completed her Honours thesis on Part IVA of the Income Tax Act 1936 (Cth).

Current practice

Carolina currently provides support to Peter McCrohon and Greg Vale in a wide range of areas such as taxation, estate planning, business restructuring, trusts, superannuation, asset protection planning and commercial law matters.
