Arvin joined the CharterLaw Legal team in June 2022 as a Senior Legal Practitioner. He was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in 2014.

Prior to joining CharterLaw Legal, Arvin acquired over 5 years’ experience practising in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, building and construction adjudications, and legal costs assessment applications. He maintained sole carriage of a plethora of commercial litigation matters in both State and Federal jurisdictions including building, contractual, corporate and agency while occasionally providing support to partners and counsel. He often appears for clients in court and tribunal hearings without the involvement of counsel.

Arvin holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a Financial Economics major and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales.

Arvin currently provides technical support, mainly to Peter McCrohon, in a wide range of commercial litigation matters including taxation disputes, commercial and corporation disputes, and family provision claims.
